Single bedroom apartment encompassing the entire first floor of this beautiful house. Features: Hardwood floors, large windows, full kitchen and living room, private rear entrance, back porch that opens up to a fenced back yard, on site laundry, big shared front porch. Cats and dogs are permitted. Street Parking is easily available. In addition to the monthly rent, tenant pays for gas and electric. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Utilities: Tenant pays for gas & electric. Gas stove. Gas furnace heat. Gas hot water heater. Included in the rent: water, trash removal, landscaping, winter snow removal & 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Laundry: Laundry facility in the building; coin-operated washer & dryer.
Parking: Street parking.
Pets: Cats & dogs are permitted. Maximum 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. No pet deposit required.

Apartment Leasing Instructions
In order to hold an apartment for rent we’ll need:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent. This will be used as your last month’s rent.
Deposit instructions:
Deposit includes one month’s rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident.
At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month’s rent and any prorated amount for early move-in.
All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
Rental requirements
1 year of rental history
Every applicant must qualify individually unless married.
Full-time students must have a cosigner.
Pet policy
Limit of 2 pets per unit - - - Must be listed on renters insurance
Must be spayed or neutered
No pet deposit required
$25 pet rent per pet per month
