One big bedroom on second floor; with a smaller bedroom that could be used as a home office space; and full bath. Cats and dogs allowed. Lots of closet space. Full basement with clean, painted concrete floors & washer & dryer hook-ups. Off street parking. In addition to the monthly rent, tenant is responsible for gas, electric and water. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Utilities: Tenant pays all utilities (gas, electric & water). Gas stove; gas heat furnace.
Included in the rent: Trash removal, landscaping, winter snow removal & 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Laundry: Washer & dryer hook-ups in the basement.

Apartment Leasing Instructions
In order to hold an apartment for rent we’ll need:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent. This will be used as your last month’s rent.
Deposit instructions:
Deposit includes one month’s rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident.
At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month’s rent and any prorated amount for early move-in.
All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
Rental requirements
1 year of rental history
Every applicant must qualify individually unless married.
Full-time students must have a cosigner.
Pet policy
Limit of 2 pets per unit - - - Must be listed on renters insurance
Must be spayed or neutered
No pet deposit required
$25 pet rent per pet per month
