Private two bedroom, two story duplex house apartment. Features: Original hardwood floors, craftsman style details and custom woodwork, decorative bannisters, fireplaces & chandeliers. Full kitchen w/ exposed brick wall. Tiled bathroom w/ full bath and shower. Large yard-space; private front and rear porches. Two private entrances. In addition to the monthly rent, tenant is responsible for gas, electric and water. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Utilities: Tenant pays for all utilities (gas, electric & water). Gas stove. Hot water heating system. Included in the rent: trash removal, landscaping, winter snow removal & 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Laundry: Washer & dryer included in the basement.
Parking: Off-street parking available behind the property.
Pets: Cats & dogs are permitted. Maximum 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. No pet deposit required.
Flooring: Painted hardwood floors throughout the house. Tile flooring in the kitchen & bathroom.
Located near dog park; short walk to Frick Park, Regent Square Shops and Restaurants. The neighborhood is serviced by several major bus routes, including the East busway, with rapid access to East Liberty, Oakland and Downtown. A very walkable and bicycle friendly area.

Apartment Leasing Instructions
In order to hold an apartment for rent we’ll need:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent. This will be used as your last month’s rent.
Deposit instructions:
Deposit includes one month’s rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident.
At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month’s rent and any prorated amount for early move-in.
All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
Rental requirements
1 year of rental history
Every applicant must qualify individually unless married.
Full-time students must have a cosigner.
Pet policy
Limit of 2 pets per unit - - - Must be listed on renters insurance
Must be spayed or neutered
No pet deposit required
$25 pet rent per pet per month
