This apartment features beautiful laminate wood floors, open kitchen with dishwasher, balcony, and living/dining area. A/C. Located on the second floor of the building with custom woodcraft embellishments, cats and dogs are permitted. This apartment is located above a storefront in a classic 20th century brick building. In addition to monthly rent tenant is responsible for gas & electric. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Utilities: Tenant pays for gas & electric. Electric stove. Gas heat; forced air furnace. Included in the rent: water, trash removal, landscaping, winter snow removal & 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Laundry: Laundry facility in the building; coin-operated washer & dryer.
Parking: Off-street parking lot behind the building.
Pets: Cats & dogs are permitted. Maximum 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. No pet deposit required.
Flooring: Laminate floors throughout the apartment. Tile flooring in the kitchen & bathroom.

Apartment Leasing Instructions
In order to hold an apartment for rent we’ll need:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent. This will be used as your last month’s rent.
Deposit instructions:
Deposit includes one month’s rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident.
At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month’s rent and any prorated amount for early move-in.
All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
Rental requirements
1 year of rental history
Every applicant must qualify individually unless married.
Full-time students must have a cosigner.
Pet policy
Limit of 2 pets per unit - - - Must be listed on renters insurance
Must be spayed or neutered
No pet deposit required
$25 pet rent per pet per month
