Lovely apartment on commercial neighborhood block. This is a two bedroom apartment, with a combined dining/living area, a nice kitchen and a full bath with tub and shower. Refinished hardwood floors. Pet friendly. Two private entrances including a rear patio entrance and back yard. In addition to monthly rent tenant pays for electric and gas heat in addition to rent. Owner pays for water and trash removal. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Utilities: Tenant pays for gas & electric. Gas stove. Gas hot water heating system. Included in the rent: water, trash removal, landscaping, winter snow removal & 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Laundry: Laundry facility in the building.
Parking: Street Parking.

Apartment Leasing Instructions
In order to hold an apartment for rent we’ll need:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent. This will be used as your last month’s rent.
Deposit instructions:
Deposit includes one month’s rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident.
At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month’s rent and any prorated amount for early move-in.
All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
Rental requirements
1 year of rental history
Every applicant must qualify individually unless married.
Full-time students must have a cosigner.
Pet policy
Limit of 2 pets per unit - - - Must be listed on renters insurance
Must be spayed or neutered
No pet deposit required
$25 pet rent per pet per month
