Entryway opens to a central hallway flanked by two bedrooms, that leads to a central living room. A sizable kitchen is located in the rear of the apartment with lots of counter-space and cupboards. There are painted hardwood floors throughout, built in shelving units, and large windows. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Dogs and cats are welcome. Laundry available on-site. Ample street parking right nearby. In addition to the monthly rent, tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and cooking gas. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Utilities: Tenant pays for gas & electric. Gas stove. Gas hot water heater. Gas furnace heating system. Included in the rent: water, trash removal, landscaping, winter snow removal & 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Laundry: Laundry facility in the building; machines accept digital payment.
Parking: Street parking.
Pets: Cats & dogs are permitted. Maximum 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. No pet deposit required.
Flooring: Painted hardwood floors throughout the apartment. Tile flooring in the kitchen & lamiate wood in the bathroom.
The apartment is situated in the village-like Regent Square area. Moments away from Frick Park and Regent Square shops, several bus lines, and I-376. There is a food co-op grocery store, a book shop and several local coffee shops and restaurants for a comfortable, convenient neighborhood experience.

Apartment Leasing Instructions
In order to hold an apartment for rent we’ll need:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent. This will be used as your last month’s rent.
Deposit instructions:
Deposit includes one month’s rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application.
Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident.
At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month’s rent and any prorated amount for early move-in.
All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
Rental requirements
1 year of Pittsburgh area employment
1 year of Pittsburgh area rental history
Every applicant must qualify individually unless married.
Full time students must have a cosigner.
Pet policy
Limit of 2 pets per unit - - - Must be listed on renters insurance
Must be spayed or neutered
